Policies

Check-in: 3pm to 7pm daily (If you are not able to arrive and check-in during our designated check-in time, please make arrangements with our office so we may accommodate your late arrival).

Pool Hours: 9am until 10pm

Visiting Hours: 9am until 10pm (all guests are to ask their visitors to leave by 10pm).

Quiet Hours: 10pm until 9am daily

All cottages/cabins are NON-SMOKING.  Any cottages/cabins which have been smoked in will be charged and extra $250.00 cleaning fee.

Damage or Theft: Any item or items missing or damaged due to obvious neglect or distrgard will be replaced at the quests expense by the credit card provided at the time of check-in.

Pet Policy:  We have limited accommadations for people with pets.  Guests must request accommodations for their pets, while making reservations.  Guests who bring their pets without prior approval will be asked to romove the pet from the premises.  Guests are limited to 1(one) pet per rental unit.  Pets are not to exceed 45lbs. A $75.00 non refundable security pet deposit is required to be paid in full before the pet is allowed to stay.  We have a limited number of units available for pets.  Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.  Pets are not allowed in the pool area.  If a pet is found not on a leash, in the pool area, or you are caught not cleaning up after your pet, you will be asked to remove your pet from the premises for the remaining time at the resort.

Cancellations: You must cancel your reservation 48 hours before your scheduled check-in or you will be charged for your entire reservation.  All no call/ no shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.  ALL cancellations will be charged a $25.00 handling fee.  Holiday cancellations: All holiday reservations require a 8 (eight) week cancellation prior to scheduled check-in.  This applies to all rental units.  Any reservation not cancelled 8 (eight) weeks prior will be charged the full reservation amount.

Holiday Reservations: All reservations for holiday weekend or weeks must be paid in full 8 (eight) weeks prior to check-in date.  If you cancel your reservation within 1 to 56 days prior to your check-in date.  There will be no refund and you will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee.  All holiday reservations require a minimum of 3 nights stay.

Group/ Family Reunion Reservations:  All group bookings and family reunion bookings must be paid in full 8 (eight) weeks prior to date of event.  If the reservation is cancelled within 1 to 56 days of reservations, there will be no refund and there will be a $75.00 per unit booked cancellation fee assessed.
